Week 4 - Day 3: 6 miles in 60 degrees

6 Miles in 60 Degrees! On Jan 4th! Wow! I ran outside from my house and down through the greenway and back for a time of 56:29...I was able to wear shorts and long sleeve tech t-shirt...but coulda gotten away with short sleeves. Unbelievable for January. I think it's suppose to be cold again tommorrow though...and I have another 6 miler. That one will be done at the rec center early in the morning.
