Week 6 - Day 4: Short Run and Swim

I am really late posting this. On Thursday, Jan 19th, I was supposed to do 4 miles, but instead I did 3 miles and got in some swimming drills in the pool. I worked on my balance...and didn't really do that many laps (I didn't even keep up), but by the time I finished I felt pretty good about it. The pool was crowded, and I ended up offering to share my lane with a man who was waiting. I know how frustrating it can be to be standing there wasting good time in the morning waiting on someone to finish swimming.
