Week 5 - Day 2: 4 miles
Ok, I'm posting this a day late. I have rearranged the schedule a bit...and I ran 4 yesterday morning on the treadmill. Time was 36:40. I was exhausted. And soaked in sweat. The schedule has been rearranged so that I can run 14 miles next - this week's long run on Thursday instead of Saturday.
