Week 12 - Day 4: 6.4 miles

I was going to run 8 slow miles today, but two guys from work talked me into running 6.4 with them. Whew! They ran faster than I wanted to run - I finished in 57:27. Right at 9:00 miles. The weather was beautiful though - it was atleast 70 degrees.
