Week 16 - Day 3: 8 miles
Well, this is a start on getting things back on track. I ran 8 miles after work today in 1:17:42, pace of 9:42. I felt pretty good all in all, I think the 2 days rest did me good, but the 2 days of eating didn't. I had some pain in my left shin and my right knee, but nothing really bad. I am going to take some Aleve and probably ice them tonight. I am running 6+ tommorrow at lunch with Holly.

+ what? The schedule only calls for 6.
Well, my 6 mile route here at work usually turns out to be around 6.4....so the "+" is actually for the ".4".
