Last Friday was a marathon pace run. 15 miles with 12 at marathon pace, which is 9:09/mile. Man, it hurt. Not to mention my chest was tight with some kind of cold/congestion crap. Here's the splits:

Great times. I know those marathon pace runs are tough. Remember it will be a lot cooler in December and that will make a difference.

Holy crap, your splits are dang good. And you did this with chest congestion and in hot weather? Rock on and on and on.

Chest congestion with knock the crap out of you, making it very difficult to breath (and run). Nice workout.
