I have been too busy to post lately. Let me start by saying that Briar did great in his triathlon this weekend and we all had a terrific time!! I will have a race report and pictures as soon as I get a chance. He is doing another youth tri this coming weekend.
I got a 7 mile run in last Friday before we left for Atlanta, but I didn't do any working out on Saturday, as we had to be at the race site early and we spent the rest of the day playing at the water park. I got a short bike ride in on Sunday after we got home, and I did an interval workout on the treadmill tonight at the rec center. I am hoping to get a swim and weight workout early in the morning. I am still undecided about what events I am going to do in the near future. Hopefully I will decide soon.
Congratulations to Michele - who placed 3rd at the Cedars of Lebanon Tri this past weekend! She is rocking these courses lately!!

I really think we should do Music City tri instead of Fall Creek Falls.
