Week 16 - Days 1 & 2: Resting
I rested on purpose on day 1...but day 2 just never presented a good opportunity to run. I had to stay home from work with Bo. He said his ear was hurting. I took him to see Dr. Jay, and never really had a chance to run between ball practice and everything else. In the meantime, I have blown my diet and feel horrible about that. I have to get things back on track ASAP.
