Week 13 - Day 6: Still no running
Ok...today was a busy day. Went to Church at 9 am, got out at 11:30. Came home to change clothes and went straight to Momma and Daddy's for Daddy's 55th birthday. Then went straight from there to the ball park at 2:30 for ball practice. Then went straight from there to church at 4:30 for this seminar they are having. And Briar had play practice at 6:00 at church, but me and JT and Bo went on home and JT went back to get him at 7:00. So during that time, I got on my trainer and did the CTS Time Trial video. I am really liking my new computer. I can now keep up with my cadence!! And it wasn't hard at all to install.

What kind of computer did you get for your bike?
I got a CatEye Astrale 8. I'm betting it's the same one you have. I went and told Mark I wanted a computer that would give me cadence, and he said that was it. I saw that it was a wired one, and I asked if he had a wireless one that did cadence, and he said "Yes, for $128"...and since the wired one was $36, I gladly accepted the wires! I was actually gonna take my bike back up there and let him install it because I wasn't sure if I could do it, but I got to playing with it one night and it wasn't that complicated. I was really proud of myself for getting that thing going!
yep, that is the same one I have. I felt the same way when I installed it myself. The hardest part was figuring out what size tires I have. I had to call the bike shop back and ask.
