Week 3 - Day 4: 6 More Miles

That title kinda reminds me of Hank Sr.'s song (six more miles...to the graveyard...six more miles...long and sad)...haha. Anways, I did 6 slow miles today on the treadmill this morning - took me 58 minutes. Tracy, Michele and I are running our long run tommorrow at Maple Springs.
